What is Promomash?

  • Promomash is an event management software used by brands and staffing agencies to manage their events.

  • As a Brand Ambassador, you are not staffed by Promomash, you are staffed by the brand or agency that onboarded you and added you to their Promomash account.

Who do I contact for help?

  • For technical support, general website navigation, or password resets, please contact support@promomash.com.

  • For all questions related to onboarding paperwork, event scheduling, reporting requirements, and payment questions, please reach out to your brand or agency manager. If you do not know who to contact, reach out to us at support@promomash.com, and we will assist in getting you in touch with the correct contact.

How will I receive notifications?

  • All notifications will be sent via email to the email address registered to your Promomash account.

  • Emails will come from noreply@promomash.com. It is recommended to save this email address to your contacts, so that you do not miss out on any important communication from your brand or agency.

  • Automated emails generated through Promomash will come from noreply@promomash.com. Please do not reply to the automated emails when trying to respond to your brand or agency. Replies sent to noreply@promomash.com do not go to your brand or agency, they go to Promomash support. Please reach out to your brand or agency manager directly.

How do I reset my password?

  • If you are logged into your Promomash account, click on your name in the top right corner and go to profile.

    • Then click on change password.

  • If you cannot get into your Promomash account, click on Forgot Password on the login screen at demo.promomash.com.

    • You will be prompted to enter your username, which is your email address to send a recovery link.

    • The email will come from noreply@promomash.com. Please add this email address to your contacts to prevent emails from going to spam.

  • If you do not receive the recovery link email, please contact support@promomash.com, and we will reset your password for you.

I cannot get Promomash to load, how do I fix it?

  • Occasionally Promomash may not load or give an error message if the browser is trying to access an outdated page. This can most often be fixed by clearing your cache and browsing history on your device.

    • To clear your cache, go to your browser settings, and click on delete browsing data. If prompted, select both cache and browsing history.

    • If the troubleshooting above does not resolve the issue, please email us at support@promomash.com.

  • Promomash needs a strong cell or wifi signal in order for the website to operate successfully. If you have limited cell service, you may have trouble getting the site to load until you have better connectivity.
