How To Revise An Event Report

  • When a report is sent back to you for revision by your company, an email notification will be sent to your email address registered with Promomash. The email notification will tell you which event needs to be revised, and the message from your manager as to what corrections need to be made.

  • From your Dashboard, click on Fill Out Report.

  • You will see a button that says Revise Report in orange.

  • After clicking on Revise Report, you will see a banner message at the top of the page with the message from your manager as to what items need to be corrected. This will be the same message you received via email.

  • Click on the section(s) in the report that need to be revised, and correct the missing or incorrect information.

  • After revising your report, you may add a message to your manager in the text box at the bottom of the page.

  • You must click on Submit Report to send your report back to your company to review. Your company will not receive notification that you've updated information unless you submit the report back to them.

  • Once you submit the report, you will see a confirmation message that your report has been completed.
