Your address must be added to your profile in order to see available shifts. If you are traveling and want to see available shifts in a different market,
From your Dashboard, click on Available Shifts.
This screen will display all available shifts you can currently bid on. To see the details of an event, click on the dropdown arrow next to the event information, and then click on Details.
The next screen will display all available information and special instructions, if applicable. Click on the X in the top right corner to close out of this window.
If you wish to apply for the event, click on Bid for Shift, followed by Confirm.
This confirmation step helps eliminate any accidental bids.
You can also select to Pass on the event if you are not available or not interested in the event.
Click on the second Pass button to confirm you wish to pass on the event.

From your Dashboard, click on My Bids.
On this screen, you will see the status of any events that you have bid or passed on.
Below are definitions of the various statuses you may see in the bids section:
Pending - you have bid on the event, and it is pending for review by your company.
BA Passed - you have passed on the event. If you would like to re-apply, click on the Re-apply button. You can only re-apply for the same event one time. If you cancel your bid a second time, you can only be approved for the event manually by your company.
Already Filled - the company has staffed the event with a different brand ambassador.
Approved - your bid has been accepted and you have been staffed on the event.
Passed - the company has not selected you for this event. A company might use this status because they staffed you on an alternate event at the same day/time.
Closed - the event was filled by another brand ambassador and is in the past.
