How To Assign A Date To A Date Range Event

  • Date Range events are events where your company has assigned a location to you with parameters for dates and times that you can schedule the demo within.

    • You will only see this option if your company assigns you a date range event.

  • From your Dashboard, click on Assign Dates.

  • All events that have been assigned to you with a date range for scheduling will appear.

  • Click on the dropdown arrow of the event, and click on Schedule Event.

  • A calendar will appear with the dates you are permitted to schedule within.

    • Any days that are grayed out have been excluded from scheduling by your company. This could be due to schedule parameters set by your company or the retailer.

    • If you have any questions in regard to the schedule parameters, please reach out to your brand manager for guidance.

  • Once you have confirmed a date and time with the retailer, select the date on the calendar.

  • On the next screen, select the start time of your demo. Any times not listed on the screen have been excluded from scheduling by your company.

  • A final schedule will display, with edit icons for the date and time if you need to change anything before confirming.

  • The duration of the demo is set by your manager and cannot be edited.

  • Click on Schedule This Event to submit your assignment back to your company.

  • A confirmation message will display that your event date and time has been assigned.
